Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Barber to join our team. This is a full-time or part-time position with a guaranteed base salary until the selected candidate establishes a solid clientele. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a competitive commission after building a robust customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve skills
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to establish a loyal clientele
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and common areas
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Barber license
• Proven experience as a Barber
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting and styling
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
